Access to your purchased videos is exclusive to you. This means that you must register and subscribe to Henle Masterclass in order to use it to its full potential. Your login data allows you unrestricted access to your videos from any device.
One credit currently costs 1 Euro.
The number of credits that a video costs depends on that video’s length. Shorter videos cost less, longer ones more. However, the longer the video, the lower the price per minute.
Your login data gives you access to a video that you have paid as often as you like, without time limit.
No, that’s not possible. Henle Masterclass is purely a streaming portal, so you cannot download videos. Instead, you buy them for your own use and viewing, without time limit.
Click “login” on the right-hand side of the upper navigation taskbar. On the page that then opens, click “Register now”. Choose a username, and enter your e-mail address. This will verify your new user account. Now choose English or German as your default language, so that your videos will be delivered in this language. Finally, create a password, and specify your home country.
Once you have registered, click on “login” in the upper navigation taskbar, and enter the username and password that you chose when registering.

No. Your purchased credits do not become unusable, but remain in your account until you use them for a purchase.

Yes – at present we are creating further tutorials and masterclasses for piano, violin, flute, clarinet, cello and viola.
